Aucune isolation phonique, les portes de la chambre laisse passer tout le bruit dans les couloirs et claquent. Nous avons du les caler avec du papier carton. Les repas ne sont pas tous frais beaucoup de produits congelés et mal cuits. On nous a fait payer un supplément pour le « club», ce qui resume a un animateur qui fait le soir du karaoke et avoir accès au transat sur la plage. Cette dernière est decrite comme privée, la seule partie privée est devant l’hôtel le reste est en accès libre. Même si on a précisé qu’on ne souhaitait pas les options club car on n’avait pas prévu de les utiliser il faut quand même les payer.

Struttura con alto potenziale ma qualche pecca
Resort dalla posizione strategica proprio sul bellissimo mare di Noto Marina, impeccabile l'accoglienza, ma la camera ed il bagno diversi da quelli visionati in fase di prenotazione e a mio avviso non corrispondenti ad una classificazione da 4stelle (qualche pecca che andrebbe sistemata e/o rivista). Cibo discreto ma avendo fatto il pacchetto All Inclusive abbiamo sempre usufruito dei vari e buoni ristoranti presenti e solo una volta del buffet centrale. Tra questi mi sento di elogiare il ristorante Libanese, per la varietà delle portate, qualità e bontà. Un appunto alle bibite comprese nel pacchetto All Inclusive che sono assolutamente da migliorare, è impossibile che non si possa prendere un caffè od un Thè freddo e che i succhi siano palesemente diluiti con acqua. Animazione ok e personale molto cordiale, di certo chi dirige potrebbe far di meglio, aria condizionata rotta da un mese al buffet centrale ed era disumano sostare in sala con quelle temperature.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni di pieno relax. Premetto che è la seconda volta che torno in questa struttura. Un plauso al personale per la cordialità e la professionalità. Animazione eccellente. Spiaggia pulita e mare cristallino. Unica pecca le camere che seppur pulite e ben organizzate sono datate.

Vacanza rilassante
Location perfetta per visitare l’area barocca della zona. Personale professionale e molto disponibili, pulizie ok, interessante e piacevole la possibilità di diversificare le cene o pranzi nei diversi tipi di ristoranti. Solo fuimos para una noche y fue muy bueno. La cena no era muy siciliana / italiana pero era comestible, cena y desayuno tipo bufé. El hotel estaba pensado para turistas norteños y no para italianos/españoles. Te hacen pagar 7€ por la pulsera pero las bebidas no están incluidas.

La posizione è certamente fantastica! La cosa più bella è uscire dall’hotel ed essere praticamente già in spiaggia. Consiglio l’hotel solo per il pernottamento, la pensione completa o la mezza, se dovessi tornarci, non la prenderò mai più!!!!!!! Il ristorante e la pizzeria, dovrebbero essere attivi fino alle 21,30, ebbene, noi siamo arrivati alle 20,45 ed il pizzaiolo, alla richiesta di una pizza, ci annuncia molto scortesemente che i panetti erano finiti. Delusi, passiamo al ristorante dove non c’erano più neanche i vassoi. Conclusione? Andiamo a cena fuori spendendo 55,00€ in 4. L’indomani spieghiamo l’accaduto al direttore e lui molto candidamente ci dice che purtroppo bisogna presentarsi molto prima se si vuole mangiare la pizza e che questo lo dice a tutti gli ospiti, quando fanno il check-in. Peccato che a noi non l’avesse detto nessuno e comunque, qualcuno fregato, ci sarebbe rimasto sempre... l’indomani riusciamo a pranzare... cibo pessimo!!!

Bella struttura ma cucina non all'altezza.
Bella struttura direttamente sulla spiaggia e quindi ottima per una vacanza al mare. Unica nota negativa: cucina non all'altezza dello standing dell'hotel. Ampia varietà di piatti ma non accompagnata dalla qualità. Staff di animazione piuttosto modesto. Ottimo piano bar serale con ampia scelta di musica, italiana e straniera, per tutti i gusti.

Animazione coinvolgente in una struttura con potenzialità ma ove la gestione è carente. Voto insufficiente per il personale di reception veramente disorganizzato e per quello di sala, scortese. Il cibo è di sopravvivenza. Forse negli ultimi giorni a fronte di recensioni negative lasciate dagli ospiti che mi hanno preceduta le pietanze sono sensibilmente migliorate. Colazione con macedonia cotta e non frutta fresca (in Sicilia! Tanto che andavamo ad acquistarla e ce la portavamo in sala) giusto per fare un esempio. Peccato perché lo specchio d’acqua nella Baia di Eloro è fantastico.

O hotel tem as instalações antigas. Creio que pequenos detalhes de manutenção ajudariam a melhorar a qualidade, tais como funcionamento do ar condicionado nos quartos, colocação de pastilhas na piscina(a piscina é pintada e está descascando),melhorar a decoração dos quartos (é bem básico) e da recepção. A estrutura é grande e tem cadeiras e guarda-sol na praia. Tem 3 opções de restaurante para alimentação: principal, bar da praia e pizzaria. A alimentação inclui agua,refrigerantes e vinho (servido na maquina). Falta frigobar no quarto. A alimentacao tem opçoes de saladas, massas, risoto, carne e peixe. Na janta é um pouco tumultuado. Parecia uma corrida! O hotel estava cheio. Creio que tambem pelo horario reduzido das 19:30 as 21:00. Teria tambem alguma apresentação, mas estava indicada para iniciar as 23:00 muito tarde para o nosso grupo.
