New building 30 meters from the beach of San Lorenzo a few meters from the "Agua Beach" hotel and just minutes from the Oasis of Vendicari and the seaside village of Marzamemi with a terrace with a view of the coast. The house is equipped with all comforts, outdoor hot-cold shower, air conditioners in every room, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, reserved parking space next to the house. The proximity to the sea allows you to sleep with the background of the surf. A few kilometers from Noto, the Baroque capital and from the island of currents. Ideal for those who love the sea and don't want any kind of stress.
