"My husband and I had an amazing anniversary at the Omni. The spa is beautiful and has many amenities to enjoy throughout the day, such as the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. We had a wonderful lunch at Stickney's and dinner at 1902. All of the staff were so professional and very pleasant to speak to. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job. The room was fabulous with the high ceilings and seperate bathtub. We were in the presidential wing which is a bit of a trek, but worth it!"

" When I first booked the room, I did so because of a previous stay that left me with a great impression. The bed was fantastic, and the staff and room service were top-notch. "Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area."

"Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
