The apartment is about 15km from the sea in the beautiful and quiet village of Guardia Vomano. Furthermore, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful region of Abruzzo. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with TV and Sky program, which offers absolute relaxation after sightseeing. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for preparing homemade dishes. Suitable for 7 adults and 3 children, and 2 baby beds.

It is a two-story house. The landlord lives on the top floor and you rent the lower apartment. You have the lower apartment including the kitchen and 2 bathrooms completely to yourself.

A washing machine is available for you in a separate room (€ 3 per use, washing powder is provided)

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Guardia vomano Und gut erholt.Sehr freundlichens Besitzer die mit Tomaten und selbst gemachte Limoncello versorgt haben der Kleine Pool und die Terrasse sind unschlagbar.Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Danke für Alles😎

Ruhiger & erholsamer Italienurlaub 😊
Wir konnten in Guardia Vomano bei Heinrich Hinterholzer einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Die Wohnung war großzügig und wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind sehr gut Platz. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und im guten Zustand. Als wir was hatten, hat sich Herr Hinterholzer am nächsten Tag gleich drum gekümmert. Das Haus liegt leicht abgelegen was es zu einer schönen Erholung macht 😊 Der Vermieter unterstützt bei der Suche nach Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch dem Strandbesuch und hilft gerne jederzeit weiter. Was uns und unserem Sohn sehr gut gefallen hat war Lumpi, der Haushund, total lieb und so süß 😊 Vielen Dank Heinrich für den schönen Urlaub 😎 Viele Grüße Familie Demand/Stumpp
