This place used to be the home of the US Playing Card Company, there are great abandoned building photos all over the internet but it’s locked up tight now and the police even cruised by in the 10 minutes we were there. #ontheroad

"Thought this was a great value. Was doing a gig at the convention center which is so close you can easily walk if needed. Nice hotel staff. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. The room smelled funny like people that had been at the pool and dripped water into the carpet. There was no way to open the window so I wish I had brought a candle. "Staff and service was great and helpful with any questions i had. It was an awesome surprise to find out that this place is more than just a hotel. Loved the artwork throughout the first two floors. Such a great experience. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned, up to date, with good fluffy towels. Overall great hotel in the heart of downtown within walking distance from restaurants. Only drawback was parking. $40 per day valet parking. Valet was efficient. "
