This house is in a great location for all the family, including the dog, to let off steam and be able to unwind and relax.   Located on the edge of Hunworth Common and its 30 acres, which occasionally you may have to share with the local cattle - this super family house has plenty of bedrooms, a family bathroom, two shower rooms, spacious living spaces and a large private garden. The house lends itself to those looking for a rural retreat, yet it is still close to the coast with its lovely beaches and great cliff top walks.   Other local attractions such as beautiful Felbrigg House & Park, Sheringham Park and Blickling Hall all run by the National Trust, the busy little seaside resort of Sheringham, which is also the stop to pick up the steam railway to the delightful Georgian town of Holt and the bustling market town of Aylsham are all within easy reach and just waiting to be discovered.

Highly recommended
An excellent property in a beautiful and tranquil location with an extremely spacious open plan ground floor living area. The heating and hot water worked well - particularly the log burner. Not the easiest of properties to find but well worth the effort. My only small criticisms are that the two bathrooms on the first floor have to serve 3 bedrooms - the third being ensuite. Not a problem for our family group but not ideal for everyone. My only other small criticism is that all four bathrooms ran out of loo paper and we could find no resupply. Otherwise a delightful stay.

Well worth it
Fantastic property, well appointed and very spacious for a Winter break. Lovely views, and easy access to beaches and walks. Internal glass door fixings to cooker rather loose fyi.

Lovely stay and accommodation
This place is exactly as described but a lot more. We were greeted with a welcome pack and spotlessly clean. Full visitors pack and instructions. The location was blissfully quiet. The garden and seating area was very relaxing. It’s a modern large house. Joining instructions were spot on. We went to the beach which is about 15 mins drive away. There are lots of board games and books. TVs and very comfy sofas. Showers excellent and we 5 couples were accomdated very well. Thank you Caroline for being a fab host. Highly recommend. Cheers
