Follow the Norfolk Coastal Path and venture deeper into the diverse Norfolk coastal landscape, uncovering popular destinations like Overstrand, Cromer, Sheringham, and Blakeney (all within 20 miles). A little further west, board a boat trip from Morston Quay (22 miles) out to Blakeney Point to observe England’s largest colony of grey seals. Inland, attractions include Gunton Park, the Blickling Estate, Felbrigg Hall and the popular market town of Aylsham, all within 13 miles.

The final bedroom can be found on a mezzanine floor above the living space. Accessed via a ladder, this cosy room has a lovely super-king-size bed and some restricted head-height.
Stepping outside, the property is surrounded by a large wraparound garden with a big lawn perfect for playing games on a sunny day. There are several seating areas with plenty of outdoor furniture, providing an ideal spot for a BBQ as you take in the beautiful surroundings. Please note, a shallow brook runs past the bottom of the garden – please keep children supervised. Ample private parking is available on the drive for four cars.
