The Ramblers is in the village of Brundall, 6 miles east of the historical city of Norwich and in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The accommodation is completely self contained and forms the ground floor front part of the building (the owners home is at the rear of the building). Situated on a quiet private road, the property is close to the village railway station with links into Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Norwich is just a 10 train minute journey. Road links are good as Brundall is located just off the main A47 and the village also benefits from regular bus services.
With two bedrooms, the master features a King size bed, TV with free view, dressing table, double wardrobe, a hairdryer and blackout curtains. A travel cot can also be provided if required. The second bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as a twin or double room depending on your preference. This room also features a TV with free view, dressing table, wardrobe, a hairdryer and blackout curtains.
The kitchen diner is fully equipped with everything you will need. Including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, glasses, cups and cutlery. Off the kitchen there is a utility room where you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A child's highchair can also be provided if required.
The light and spacious lounge features two leather sofas, a large screen TV with free view and streamed movies and sports, a PlayStation 3, a piano, and access to a patio area. (Please note the owner needs access through the patio to enter his home at the rear of the property, however from a socialising perspective it will be solely for the guests use).
The newly fitted family bathroom has a P-shaped bath, rainfall mixer shower, sink vanity unit and shaver socket.
At the front of the property is a large private drive with parking for up to 6 vehicles.
The accommodation also benefits from its own independent wifi, which is for the sole use of guests.
As mentioned before, the property is well located with excellent road, rail and bus links. However the village of Brundall also boasts pubs, restaurants as well as numerous other shops and services.
