My daughter and I had an exceptional stay in this beautiful historic home. There’s a back door near the parking area that is right by the stairs, which makes bringing luggage up to the bedrooms quick. We had a late flight and got settled quickly. The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of extra bedding. The street is busy during the day, but even as individuals who have chronic migraines, we didn’t have problems with the road noise. It was nice and quiet at night, and there was zero noise between the duplexes. Linda is having new windows put in soon and the noise will be even less than our experience. The ceilings are low in parts of the bedrooms, but that is expected in a historic home, and the layout of the rooms makes it so that there are ways to get in and out of bed without much or any trouble. The kitchen was clean and spacious, and the dishes and pots/pans weren’t too heavy for us to use. The living room furniture was comfortable and there was nearby restaurant menus and activity guides for Norwich available. The living room lamps on the table behind the couch had USB ports, which was so convenient! Linda was available to answer questions, and she was so kind and friendly. This stay made us fall in love with Norwich, and it truly felt like we were at home. This was one of the best stays we have ever had, and we cannot recommend this wonderful home enough!
