- Follow Bethel Street until you reach Cow Hill, a charming street that branches off it.
By Car (5 minutes):
- From the city center, head west on St. Stephens Street.
- Turn right onto Chapel Field North.
- Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Theatre Street, then turn left onto Bethel Street.
- Look for Cow Hill, a small road branching off Bethel Street.
By Bus:
- From Norwich city center, most buses stop at St. Stephens Street or Chapelfield, both within a 5-10 minute walk to Cow Hill. Follow the walking directions from Bethel Street to reach your destination.

To ensure all guests enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained space, we kindly ask that you:
1. Refrain from smoking inside the property (outdoor smoking areas are provided, with ashtrays available).
2. Treat the property with care and maintain it as you found it upon check-in.
3. Please keep things on the quieter side for the local community: 10 PM - 8 AM
For first-time bookings, we kindly ask guests to digitally sign our terms of stay (sent via email). This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition for everyone to enjoy.
We understand accidents happen. If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know before check-out. We won’t charge for minor, one-off incidents like a broken glass or plate—we just appreciate the heads-up.
