"We originally booked a standard room at The Norwalk Inn, but decided to upgrade to a suite—and it was absolutely worth it. While the standard room felt a bit small, the suite was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The entire property was well-maintained, and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff truly stood out. We also had a great experience with the on-site dining. The steak and eggs breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon espresso and cappuccino were both top-notch—clearly made with care. Shout out to the bartender and the breakfast wait staff! Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you, Norwalk Inn, for a wonderful visit. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The hotel experience was exceptional. The only thing i would suggest is a wider variety of breakfast food. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, the hhotel is a bit outdated with decor and furniture from the 90s but this is shown on the site as well. The highway is close about 1 block away which can be great but bad with noises. But besides that not a bad place for a night. "

"My family and I always choose the Watershed whenever we visit Connecticut. It never disappoints, Sienna the restaurant is also a huge plus"

"Many of the employees are very pleasant and respectful when it comes to adhering to an individuals privacy. Assist with helping to get room necessities such as towels and replenishment coffee. Spoke with Jared regarding the garbage around the property and advised that this would be addressed. Overall rating for this site is 4.5. Easily accessible to many great LI sites and Trails."
