"The stay was great until we tried to relax in the hot tub. There were about 30 unsupervised kid jumping in the pool, throwing each other in and doing cannonballs around us. We reported it to the night desk person but we were dismissed by him, saying he had no way to determine whose kid to stop the issue, so we went to our room. The parking situation that I paid for was a bit confusing but they made up for it by letting me park in front at the loading zone. My truck is a bit too high to fit in the parking ramp. "
