"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the tv remote was missing, no iron or ironing board in room, and we had to remind them to turn on the breaker for the ac. Staff was very quick to fix the problems and help any way possible without complaining. The sigh out front said free breakfast. Appeared as if they were remodeling that area. I would stay there again if I was in the area."

"This was a great experience while in Madisonville for a basketball tournament. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close to anything you want to do and only a five minute drive to the highway. The hostess was friendly and communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was perfect. At this price, it was a no brainer versus staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!"
