"Great little village. Local pub very friendly and good food. Shops within walking distance and also very friendly. Beautiful cottage with up to date appliances. Parking a challenge ! Overall lovely place."

"We staid in the Holm Oak Barn, this is a very roomy place. The bedrooms are quite large and have a plenty of root to maneuver around. There’s a bathtub in one room, a standing shower in another and a handicap bathroom in the master bedroom. The beds are comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. The kitchen has all the pots & pans you would need, with plenty of utensils. The location is certainly located to a few towns and makes it easy to run out for food and groceries. We had a few improvements...

"Provides everything you would expect from this type of holiday. Great cottage (apart from the wifi speed, but that's a reflection of having a home in the city!). A very welcoming package - wine, chocolates, flowers and a superb lemon drizzle cake. Overall - very very good."

"A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend."

"Very well presented, best fixtures and fittings, bed linen soft and wonderful. owner very obliging, no where to place your own belongings as owner had filled every surface, TV in bedroom but no chair in bedroom to sit on so you had to lay in bed, settee in main room uncomfortable as sinks low at the back but high at the front, light on all night shining in bedroom window from the outside garage, shone all around the gaps of the blind as it never met the wall snuggly, no coffee table to put your...

"The hotel was rather quiet and under-used but as there was substantial renovation going on with the gym and spa/pool facilities this was understandable. The hotel staff were among the friendliest I've come across in a long time, nothing was too much for them in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My wife and I were seriously impressed."
