"We needed an inexpensive place to stay and we got what we paid for. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was fine. Computer issues delayed our check-in and our keys. We could have used a small bar of soap with our sink. Fan in bathroom was noisy, toilet seat had gouges and water pressure was a bit much. But again, we get what we pay for. We can't remember whether or not there was morning coffee but we didn't see any. "

Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed "

"This is a great place to have a family gathering. The heated garage and games were a hit since we had one of the coldest days this winter during our stay.
