"Front desk service was excellent. Room had broken, damaged furniture, flooring was broken, missing pieces. Most uncomfortable mattress in any motel I’ve been to. Found a prior guest wash cloth in the shower. Room was dirty. Other guests were very noisy all night. Will never stay there again. "

"The staff at Hampton— Hammond were great! I would like to single out Anna, who helped us secure a different room, due to the walking distance of our original room and my wife’s mobility issues. All staff were friendly, courteous, and professional! We have stayed at this facility before, and will likely do so again!"

"the hotel accommodations were good because we had a room and a casino which is our main reason for picking Ameristar. The Starbuck's coffee machine was GREAT and GREAT price. The staff expecially handy man Brian was Great . The things i did not like in the hotel the carpet in room had a cigarettes smell and was stained. the fitness room lacked a bicycle for exercise and was missing 10 lbs. dumbbell's."
