This property is AMAZING. Walking distance to downtown Northport/water front. Easy communication and check-in process. Our next trip will be planned around the availability of this property.
Annual family vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Beach, playground, dunes, light house, cherry picking, etc all close by. Highly recommended!
Lovely home. Nice and roomy, great kitchen with counter that seats several people, kids loved it. Nice back yard with fire pit. Walking distance to cute town with a great beach for kids. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.
We couldn’t be happier about this rental. The house had plenty of room for our family. Wonderful location! Walk to town and beach. Property owners were very responsive with questions.
We were very impressed with this property. Newly remodeled with modern conveniences but maintained the integrity of the home. Very clean and we had so much fun making early runs to Barb's Bakery every morning. Music in the park Friday night was so much fun.
The property was beautiful, in great condition and well appointed. Town is near and easy walking distance to everything. The beds were very comfortable. If you have any elderly persons, the upstairs would be difficult for them to navigate to as the stairs are steep but there are plenty of bedrooms and a full large bath downstairs. Lots of seating for meals and a great patio!
House was well stocked with all the supplies needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and Plenty of seating. Nice outdoor patio/fire pit.
1 full bathroom on the first floor is tight when you have a large group. No one was able to get internet or TV with the internet service.
Overall the perfect location to walk to town for any restaurant groceries or shopping
We had many people in and out of the house over the course of 10 days getting ready for a family wedding taking place in Suttons Bay. The kitchen was amazing for food prep work, main dishes and desserts, more than adequate counter and table space to accommodate people eating and people working. The patio space was perfect for a little mid week BBQ for the bridal party and all the parents. The bedrooms were roomy and still had plenty of spaces to lay down heads at the end of each long day. We fished and played at nearby parks and beaches. And the on-site parking was more than we could have asked for! Just a great, clean, and well thought out house.
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location. Close to downtown Northport and Petersen Park where our daughter had her wedding. It was a magical weekend. The house was perfect. Thank you
The property was a perfect fit for what needed. Our son was married at the Ridge Verterra, and the property fit everything we needed for the groomsmen to get ready. It’s located within walking distance of town. The communication and accommodations were fulfilled. I highly recommend!
This was our first time staying in Northport. We have stayed in Sutton’s Bay several times. We loved the house and its location! So close to downtown Northport and the beach and park for the kids!! Highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!!
great home with lots of room for all. We were in Northport for our sons wedding. VRBO house worked great for us and 2 other couples (one child). Enjoyed the fire pit and the great kitchen....Apparently we also got to "enjoy" the fruit fly season! Major invasion!! We were very careful to not have ANYTHING OUT that would attract them....however, they really LOVED the bathrooms (??) we did the "vinegar in bowl" remedy that seemed to help maybe a little. Would not stop me from staying here again....would stop me from ever living here!! Also thought and still do.....that the cleaning fee was very high!
Beautiful property with nice updates. This home is about 400 feet from downtown Northport and a short walk to the public beach. The bedroom with bunkbeds also has a trundle bed and a double in the room--easily this room could sleep 5. The downstairs bathroom has a very nice bathtub and double vanity--very family friendly. The backyard firepit and table is very nice. We roasted marshmallows and made s'mores. Northport is such a cute village and great location for all of your outdoor up north fun.
What a great property and location! My husband and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to feel at home. The master suite was spacious and comfortable. If others had been staying with us there would have been plenty of room to spread out with 3 nice bedrooms on the main floor with the master upstairs. We also worked remotely for a few days and the WiFi handled multiple online meetings and video calls with ease.
The house is an easy walk to the waterfront and to the downtown area. Dinner in "town" was easy and the local brewery was a fun place for a good beer (and great pizza on the weekend!). It's also an easy drive to Traverse City, area wineries, and all the fun along M22.
We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips and hope to come back again!
Our group started with. 11 but there were a total of six friends that ended up making the trip to Northport for our annual girls trip. We had comfortable beds and plenty of beds for all of us. The house was tastefully done and it was a pleasure staying there. A lot of us said it would be the perfect house to live in. I would not hesitate to recommend this house. Super great place!
We loved our stay in Northport and if I go back with another big group I will be keeping this property in mind. The hosts provided a nice touch of Northport/TC snacks and a welcoming note. Although the drive to Traverse City sounds like a long one, it goes by quick because it's such a beautiful drive along M-22. Will definitely be going back in the future!
