"Stayed here after a family birthday party. We just needed a family room for the night. Great value , reasonable comfy beds . We were a family of 3 adults . Did the job, no frills accommodation. You need to mobile for this accommodation, as all the rooms seem to be situated up two steep flights of stairs. Fine for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle"

"One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. "Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way.
