" I recently stayed at the Sonesta Denver Downtown, and I can’t say enough about the incredible hospitality I experienced. I was in town under very difficult circumstances—my father had been in a tragic train accident that left him paralyzed. Traveling alone and dealing with such an emotional situation was overwhelming, but the staff at Sonesta went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The restaurant staff, especially the morning crew, provided top-tier hospitality. One lady in particular (I regret not catching her name) even took care of my bill one morning—a gesture that meant so much. Housekeeping was equally amazing. They kept my room immaculate and even left a care package in my room, which was such a thoughtful and much-needed surprise. It showed that they truly cared, not just about my stay but also about what I was going through. The hotel itself was safe, clean, and top-notch. The location felt secure, and the rooms were well-maintained, providing the perfect space to rest during such a difficult time. While the standard rating is five stars, I’d give them TEN for the way they went above and beyond. Whenever I return to Denver, I won’t even think twice about where to stay—Sonesta Denver Downtown has earned a lifelong customer. Thank you for making a tough time just a little bit easier. "The property was recently renovated it appeared, and was a very comfortable and attractive place to stay. Only thing I was surprised about at checkout was the $10 fee for parking when you have no option but to park there. There were plenty of empty parking spaces, so just looks like a money grab."

"Stayed with my husband, kids, and our dog. Very clean and staff super friendly. Didn’t seem to be many with pets but staff were welcoming to our pup too. Kids loved the large swimming pool."

"We had a morning flight out of DIA after spending a week skiing. We had a lot of luggage and a rental to return. Someone helped unload the car onto a luggage trolley, another person guided us through check in and up to our room. After a comfortable night’s rest, Tim, from the Westin, arrived at the requested time and helped us with our bags all the way through to bag check! It was the perfect ending to a great Colorado vacation!! ( and Tim was the best!)"

"Great stay. Great bar downstairs with a good happy hour. Coffee bar and cookie and milk bar at night are a nice touch. Room was nice and updated. Bathroom was the only part of the room that was subpar, and it needed a little maintenance as the ceiling in the shower area had drywall damage that was a little unsightly but it had a single vanity and a tub/shower combo with a nice shower head. Other than that we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and well kept the hotel was. Comfortable beds too. We would certainly stay here again and recommend for its walkable location, service and facilities, other than bathroom in room needing update. Great stay overall! "
