"The house is well laid out with everything you need. Oehningen has the best ice cream in the world at a farm off Hoeristrasse and a wonderful swimming beach with all facilities for a very modest price. Lots of country walks and ferries up and down the lake."

"Beautiful view. Water heater was great. We appreciated the communication in English. Well lighted bathrooms. The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. The downstairs was dusty and many spider webs. Drapes or blidownstairs"

"We enjoyed our stay in Waldstatt. The house was in a nice location for us to travel to various places in the region. We do wish there had been a charcoal or gas grill and a dryer. The kitchen was very nice and very well stocked will all the items we needed. The children enjoyed the bunk beds."

"It's really at top of the world. The cottage is at the top of Nessalu mountain top. Excellent if you want to spend time in nature. It's difficult to find so contact the owner before you go there. Owner is very friendly and very helpful. She knows only German, but she was really nice to use Google translate to talk. I want to really thank her for that. I think it's good for a group 10-15 people. But it will be amazing for a couple too."

"We loved our stay at this little farm cottage built in the 1700s. So much charm and authenticity! The brand new kitchen had everything we needed. Views of the alps from the windows were breathtaking. The owners live in the attached cottage and speak terrific English. They are extremely helpful. My only recommendation to them is that they perhaps place some slipcovers over the two sofas in the living room of the cottage since they are a little musty and dusty. "Sehr ruhig gelegenes, schnuggeliges Ferienhaus, das zweckdienlich ausgestattet ist. Durch die beiden Ebenen gibt es eine geschickte räumliche Trennung. Äusserst freundliche Vermieter, die auch bei Problemen schnell, zuverlässig und kompetent Abhilfe schaffen. Wirklich sehr angenehme und tolle Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns äusserst wohl gefühlt haben. "Lovely traditional log cabin in a beautiful, peaceful location. Nadia was super helpful in helping us find the property and checking us in. It had everything we needed for a few days peace in the beautiful hills. Super clean and welcoming. It is a little remote and 15 minute drive down the windy hill to get to the nearest shops so stock up before you go. We loved to get away and the house was perfect for this. "
