The reception was cold and marginally helpful without time and pressure, in a nutshell, they avoided helpful interaction which cost me and my wife, hundreds of dollars because we had to find information and transportation in the cold. Swedes, especially women are unfriendly, but not angry unless you try to talk to them. The men, young and old are a bit more open, but they are cautious...
