"Ci hanno dato una stanza con: - ancora i resti di cibo degli ospiti precedenti - sporca come una bettola - sigarette a terra - mobili distrutti - guasti nel bagno - sicuramente non conformed alle diretto e di igiene Covid. Dopo 1 ora di attesa per il cambiamento di stanza nessuno si è scusato. Un incubo. "

"Great staff however watch out for the mini markets. They change there prices depending on there mood. We paid €2.50 for water and the next day they charged €4.50. Also take cash as you will pay alot more for using a card."

"The bedroom, pool need a deep cleaning, the breakfast was OK, not good enough for a 4 stars. But the salvation was Roberto and the animation team. The hotel need some improvemebt it is old and need some deep clean, like the pool board was green"

"In the ad it says that there is internet with Wi-Fi. but only in the reception area. There is no internet in the rooms. The pool service is limited and the restaurant is expensive and has little variety."

"Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service "
