"The host was exceptionally helpful and kind, he was very accommodating of our requests. He was very responsive. The property however is very compact/small which is ok for two people at a push. The kitchen area is modern and the balcony sufficient. We liked having the communal outdoor shower which was better than the shower in the property. "My daughter had ants in her bed, and when I asked about a refund they laughed in my face and then as I was walking away, I could hear them saying, “Where are these people from and world they live in, thinking they can get a refund for ants in their bed?” So then I walked back and we had a screaming argument so the entire campground could hear us. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working.
