My only negative would be that the outside area could be cleaned up and made more useable. It's quite overgrown and messy out there so we didn't use it at all, aside from drying clothes."

"We really enjoyed our time at Kays Hideaway. It is a unit in a block of 4 on a main road of Lennox, easy walk to beach and shops. Accommodation is compact and freshly renovated with fantastic additions such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. We managed well both in hot weather and rain. The ceiling fan does spin very close to the top bunk, a bit scary for my youngest child getting in and out of bec. Overall we had a relaxing stay. Communication with the agent, Lois Buckett, was great."

"Steeped in history, the ideal place to stay to get away from sterile motels. Great location and ambience, just be aware the stairs are a bit steep but worth the effort to reach the upstairs lounge, a great place to chill out."

"Excellent location right across from Clarke beach carpark and only 15 min walk over to Watigos. House is excellent for a small family/group with plenty of outdoor/living space and bedroom/bathrooms. Only suggestion is fans in single rooms need fixing (click and speed issues) and house could benefit from a deep clean."
