"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"I had an extremely distressing experience with Alpine Resorts Management. During our stay, we experienced a theft of 3000 euros, and the company’s response was utterly inadequate. They offered a discount code, which is completely insufficient given the severity of the situation. It’s appalling that their employees, who have access to the apartment and the safe, are implicated in this incident. The company has shown a blatant disregard for guest safety and refuses to take responsibility for their...

"Amazing time in Annecy. Resort location is perfect and hotel service is first class. Had an amazing time with my family. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. We went as part of a family event. There were maybe 30 of us. Was a great experience all round "
