"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"The room was great except we had no air so it was stuffy night. I also ask for a receipt or statement and they didn’t give me. They said that the 3rd party would give me one nothing! I paid the hotel. I am not sure if they charge me the correct amount. They also changed the name of the hotel"

"We had to delay Christmas this year and needed a central location to meet. Eight adults and six children (ages 10 to 15). Number and size of bedrooms was perfect for us, need six bedrooms. Lots of open space on ground floor, children enjoyed the pond and paddle boat. Close to mall and restaurants. The bunkbeds need repair some screws missing and it is wabble. The family enjoyed the house,"

"They have really great prices and the rooms are very nice looking. I have used this hotel couple times before and the cleanliness is outstanding! Only complaint this time is that the shower/bathtub was dirty and shower curtain. there was a very thick chalky film on the floor of the bathtub and the wasn’t able to take a bath for daughter or my self. she is to young for a shower. otherwise great place to stay. "
