"Rental and suite were very nice. They did a great job renovating the mercantile. Only downside was the area was pretty rundown. It was right on the katy trail so if you bike, it would be awesome. Price was a lot cheaper than in Hermann too."

"I really liked the location of the venue. I enjoyed that there was the ability to walk to ballpark village. That was really nice. I did not like the apartment advised that I would be able to see the downtown area. The only windows in the room looked out to a closed in courtyard. The room had only one towel, only one dish towel. "The place was great and clean. Exactly as described in photos. The bathroom looked freshly remodeled and looked very clean and nicely done. However, when we arrived, the smoke detector was going off, and we had to reset it. It periodically would chirp every 2-3 hours or so and I would have to wake up and reset it every time, not very fun.
