"Me and my girlfriend needed a place to be by ourselves for a weekend and it was perfect. It was clean and had everything it needed. It was quite cold, so be prepared for that if you’re staying in the winter. Very excellent!"

"It was a great stay! Only downside to the cabin was that there was no hot water in the kitchen to clean dishes, we did a lot of cooking at the cabin. Other than that it was a great experience! "

"Great location for exploring the area or just relaxing and watching the river and trains go by. Cabin is very comfortable and has all the amenities you could need."

"Unfortunately, the weather turned cold the day we arrived, and was cold for the duration of our stay, so we were unable to use the nice deck area. In warmer weather, it would have been a great place to hang out. The beds were comfortable, and it was adequately heated. We did some fishing off the dock, and caught a nice bass. "

"We wanted a quick, 3 night getaway that was very low key. This cabin was perfect for us! We enjoyed nearby hiking during the day and reading by the fireplace in the evening. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Would happily stay here again. It is as pictured."

"We enjoyed the property and all the outdoor activities, the water was beautiful and a perfect temperature. Our twin 4 year olds loved the loft area and jetted tub in the bathroom. "

"The cabin and location are great. Everything was as described. I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness. There were stains on the floor from spills and marks/crumbs on end tables from previous guests having drinks/food. It’s nice that pets are allowed but with that comes additional cleaning that was missed. Pet hair on furniture and a spot by one of the doors that appeared to be from a pet having an accident. "Friendliest staff! Beautiful cozy Cabin! Loved my jetted bathtub! Terrific view. Quaint town! Close to major city. The Stars were so BRIGHT!!! Cozy fire place kept cabin warm along with central heating cooling and tons of ceiling fans. So Romantic and most of all peaceful 😌 "
