It was a great stay. It’s a lovely hotel, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. It would make a lovey romantic getaway. Dinner and breakfast were great. I would highly recommend.

On arriving the staff made us feel at home straight away, we had booked in for a massage with Sarah who was absolutely amazing, felt like a new women! the food was delicious and the young barmaid Jennifer couldn’t do enough for us . would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!

Charming Hosts and Lovely Building, but Rooms Need
Stayed for two nights during a business trip. From the outside, the building is beautiful, and the downstairs area has been done up lovely as well. However, the bedroom was quite run-down. I had requested a bathroom with a bath prior to my arrival, and while I did get one, it was not in a condition where I'd feel comfortable using it. The entire room needs a thorough refurbishment with attention to detail. On a positive note, the furniture was lovely and antique, adding a touch of charm. The hosts were lovely and attentive, making the stay more pleasant despite the room's condition.

Quirky hotel, full of character with lots of nooks and crannies. Very reasonably priced. Staff from reception to bar and restaurant were great, as was the food; cannot recommend either highly enough. Cooked breakfast to order was great and thoroughly enjoyed dinner the night before. Needs a few minor finishing touches like blinds not working, but will be very happy to stay again when we’re back this way.

Absolutely Perfect
The room was absolutely perfect, it was very large with gorgeous furniture and was extremely clean. The owner was delightful and very helpful and we could not fault the service at all. The breakfast was amazing, and all of the services were faultless. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again should we be in the area
