Recently updated 3 bedroom condo in a great location set alongside the Pemigewasset River with a beautiful view from the covered porch. Fully equipped kitchen with dining space for up to 10 people and offers radiant floor heat for those chilly mornings or A/C in the summer months. A short walk to both downtown North Woodstock and Lincoln. Great recreation center amenities including newly renovated indoor pool, fitness center, tennis courts and a spring fed swimming pond with a sandy beach. Easy access to Loon Mountain, The Flume Gorge, and endless trail heads for hiking, and mountain biking in the White Mountain National Forest.

Great resort with tons of options
The condo is in a very well located resort with tons of options of things to do inside of it as well as in the nearby White Mountains and other areas. We traveled with two small kids and 2 grandparents and this unit was very well suited for us! Smooth booking, use, and stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay
We could not be anymore happier with our stay! We have been vacationing in the area for the past 12 years and this has been by far the best stay. It was spacious, clean and had plenty of activities for our children. The Host was great with responding to questions we had before and check in process was flawless. Not once did we feel like we needed something in our trip. They porch was great and had 2 rockers and a swinging chair as well. The family loved going out for coffee and views of the river. Everything looked to have been recently updated. They had put in Air conditioning this year and it worked out great because we have little ones. We couldn't be any happier with our stay. Thank you and we hope you would have us again next year!

Deer Park Condo
The unit was immaculate and well appointed. All new floors and kitchen. The resort is a great place to bring a family. Lots of activities between the pool and lake, tennis courts, pickle-ball, gas barbecue area and the towns of North Woodstock and Lincoln. Highly recommended

Winter Getaway
Excellent property. Well maintained, very clean, and with up to date furnishings. Excellent location. Close to everything, including major attractions. Property owner, Pete, is very friendly, easy to talk to, very accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience all the way. Definitely recommend this property to any group.

Perfect stay
We had the best stay at this Deer Park condo. Condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Checkin process was super easy. I loved the location as it was close to skiing and nearby town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for a great stay at not a great distance to Loon!
Cozy cabin-like stay. Stayed over new years and would do it again, it's weird how a short drive away and you're in a winter wonderland but outside the property felt like the American northwest. Overall it's a 5/5 for a group gathering
