"Log style cabin recently re-done. The cabin was very nice, clean, plenty of space. Nice snowy landscape. Would love to see it in summer or fall when the snow doesn't exist. Bobbie Sue was fantastic to deal with. I would recommend this place to folks spending time in this area."

"This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. "Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. "We loved this house by the pictures. However it seems unfinished to be a guest house for people who ski. There is no place to put or hang any of your ski gear. Making us walk on their hardwood floor seemed not thought out. "The cabin offered plenty of space for 4 adults and has been updated nicely. The snacks, sodas and fully-stocked keurig coffee station were a nice perk! Location was great, only 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. If it continues to be available for winter rental, some extra blankets and insulation as well as a coat rack would be helpful.
