The deck and scenic water views across Swan Bay just added to the feeling of spaciousness. The house is on a busy main road, but the traffic noise did not bother us at all. "This is a fantastic place to stay in Cape Paterson. What makes it great is that all the basics of a holiday house are nailed. It is clean. It is well furnished. It is well equipped. The cutlery and crockery is decent. Bedding is great. Towels are decent. Staying here was effortless (unlike a lot of places). And it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. "

"We loved our 5 night stay at this lovely home in Coronet Bay. It was just the right size for the 3 of us and our dog. Being fully fenced and gated and with a very spacious backyard it was ideal for our dog. Although not really close to the beach, it certainly wasn't far at all, and the beach is fantastic for families and dogs.House was clean, beds were very comfortable (but the pillows were quite high and hard), ample wardrobe space (but more clothes hangers needed!) and furnishings lovely. "The house is excellent for big groups. Plenty of space upstairs for everyone to gather around the TV to enjoy movies together or the games room downstairs. The check in process was seamless. And Jeremy provided plenty of detail about the house to ensure we could use all of the amenities correctly. "

"Layout, design and feel is Institutional, and it is an older property. It would benefit from improvement on maintenance and cleanliness of property. That said suitable to needs with essential equipment and nice area."

"The house is exactly as described, extremely comfortable in a lovely rustic setting. It has everything that is required, along with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite, full cooking facilities, tea/coffee, basic pantry items, barbecue and full laundry facilities.
