Oceanfront Condominium! Ocean and inlet views from your own balcony. This adorable 1 Br/1Ba unit. Newly upgraded has a truly amazing view of the sun gracefully rising from the ocean and the moon catapulting into the sky. Walking distance to the boardwalk, Hereford lighthouse, entertainment centers, the famous seawall, etc. Central A/C (The building switches from AC to Heat during off-season). 1 Queen size bed and 1 pull out sofa bed (queen size). Full kitchen. Amenities include heated rooftop swimming pool (Opened Memorial weekend to Irish weekend), elevators, a huge sun deck by the pool with BBQ grills (Summer season only), umbrellas, tables and chairs. Coin operated washer & dryers available on each floor (Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested). 1 car off-street free parking. Summer Season (May 1st through Oct 1st) Wi-Fi & 2 Cable TVs in unit. Off Season (Oct 1st through May 1st) Cable Tv only in the living room and Wi-Fi in the Regency Towers Lobby only.
Linens, towels, toiletries and beach supplies ARE NOT provided, these items will need to be brought by the guest. You may rent them from local rental company who will drop them off & pick them up directly at the unit.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

The condo fit all our needs and was extremely convenient to all we wanted to do. It was just steps away from the the most beautiful beach! We went after Labor Day and had the beach to ourselves most days. The owner, Maggie was a joy to work with.

The place was really nice, and the host was great. There was even a little snack basket when we arrived. My only heads up is the shower water temperature is very finicky and was hard to get right. I think that was an issue though with the building trying to supply all the units and not with this individual property. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely beach condo. Great decorations and just enough room to sit back and relax! Beautiful ocean views from balcony! Great location, with many walk to restaurants and bars. The owners thought of everything. Sad to be home, but with great weather and accommodations, I will be thinking of next year’s vacation plans early!

We had a great stay. Unit was so nice and very clean. Our host left a small basket of snacks and a. Ice welcome card. We had several coffee pods and creamers also provided. This unit is in a great location and it was great to sit on the balcony after a day at the beach/pool. Hosts were also very responsive. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I absolutely loved this condo!!!! Not only was the location perfect so so close to the beach and with a beautiful view from the 6 th floor deck...Maggie really did think of everything the decor of the rooms was gorgeous as soon as we stepped in I was immediately relaxed and really felt like I was down the shore.. We loved our stay at the Regency Tower Condos. The parking pass made everything so easy. The view from the bedroom and balcony was lovely. Plus there was a Keurig with an assortment of k-cups and creams, and a basket of snacks, waiting for us. The unit is compact but featured everything we needed. There was even a marker in the shower to indicate best temp! Thanks, Maggie and Joe.

5 Stars..Thank You so much it was a wonderful week. The view for sunrise and a bit of sunset is amazing. Apartment well equipped as far a kitchen and bathroom. Pool area is lovely and beach down the block...Although i enjoy the beach at the end of Surf Ave at Hereford Inlet. watching the dolphins at 6 am with binoculars...The Best..For me and the husband the only problem was the full size bed..Thank You The Most Gracious Hosts

Wildwood Regency stay 10-14, 10-15-22
The Regency is an older property, which as far as I could tell, did not have a ramp from the parking area to the entrance to the property. The unit was clean, had a nice kitchen area with a small 4 burner stove, oven, full refrigerator, adequate dishes, silverware, utensils and pots and pans. The small magnetic under cabinet light did not work. It would be a plus to have a working electrical under-cabinet light over the sink. The queen bed was comfortable, and we requested pillows and quilts in advance as the owner required. They were clean. The view from the bedroom slider and small balcony provided a generous view of the water from north to east. I would have given this unit a 5 if the sleeper sofa, side chair and kitchen chairs were comfortable to sit in. None of them were. The sofa and side chair definitely need to be replaced. A simple day bed/with trundle bed would be more comfortable and provide the needed sleeping space. I would return, if in the area, if these updates were made.
