"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ishmajoso Lodge, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and friendliness of the staff were very welcoming. Every interaction with the hotel employees was marked by smiles and a genuine willingness to assist, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room itself was a spacious and clean which made you feel in total comfort. It was evident that attention to detail is a priority here, with every corner spotless and every amenity in perfect order. The bed was comfortable, and sheets the sheets was clean as they should be, ensuring a good night’s sleep after my travels. What made my stay particularly pleasant was the overall ambiance created by the staff. They were not only professional but also exceptionally courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The place has a huge backup generator which you can use continuous AC also when it’s switched on, which is not always available at other places, it also has washing machines and laundry facilities also. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, the combination of friendly staff, immaculate accommodations, and a serene environment makes this hotel a perfect choice."

"O hotel é bom no geral. Algumas coisas somente eu melhoraria, como o café da manhã, que não tem muitas opções e o café em si é muito ruim. Além disso, a iluminação no quarto é terrível de noite. Não encontrava nada, pois não tinha luz no teto, somente abajours. Fora isso, achei ótimo o fato de eu chegar no aeroporto e ter uma plaquinha do Radisson para dar apoio com a lancha e o transfer. Por mais que eles cobrem por esse serviço (acho que 65 usd) é bem feito. Pois eu não tinha reservado transporte do aeroporto, e mesmo assim fui recebida."

"I highly recommend this hotel to foreign travelers. First and foremost, the hotel manager, Mr. Viral, and his entire staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist me. As a foreigner, I’ve encountered various difficulties during my trips, and without their sincere help, they could have turned into a nightmare. Their assistance is greatly appreciated, not only for their meticulous arrangements but also for their considerate and proactive nature. Secondly, the hotel’s location near the new airport is a significant advantage for travelers taking morning flights. If I were to stay in downtown Freetown, it would take me a whopping three hours to reach the airport, considering the transportation time and the two hours required for airline check-in. Fortunately, this hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, making my travel experience much smoother. Thirdly, exploring Freetown can be challenging due to the lack of day tour companies. However, this hotel has been more than happy to arrange a guide and transportation, ensuring that my day tour was as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Fourthly, the food at the hotel is absolutely delicious, especially the fresh fish dishes. Now, let me clarify that Sierra Leone is an African country, so you shouldn’t expect the same level of Western standards for hotel facilities as you would in a Western country. However, the efforts and dedication of the people there more than compensate for any minor imperfections."
