"I love this Sonder - so convenient for everything in city center and walkable to all attractions. The kitchen was fully furnished so you could cook a big meal if you wanted. The whole place was safe and super clean. Definitely recommended."

The man who was the main guy being rude was actually named DUMMI . The man who lied about the bags was named Shell. Both should receive training and be reprimanded or fired. Absolutely NO Customer Service.
