"Stained carpet and crazy neighbors being loud until 1am. They give you ear plugs for “city noise” but there isn’t any city noise. The man who was the main guy being rude was actually named DUMMI . The man who lied about the bags was named Shell. Both should receive training and be reprimanded or fired. Absolutely NO Customer Service.
