Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was absolutely perfect and it felt like home to us. While the cottage may be small, it did not feel that way. There was more than enough storage space for all of our things and we loved how it was decorated. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return someday soon.
We loved our stay in this cute little cottage. It’s small but that’s actually part of its charm. It has everything you need to stay in this wonderful part of the world
The sunsets are absolutely to die for; so beautiful they look fake on any photo you take
Highly recommended and was super sad to leave
Ps the shower was really good and great kitchen facilities
A great, cozy place near all that P-Town has to offer.
I was traveling alone, but this place hit all the right notes for a solo trip and it’s on my radar for a future romantic getaway.
My host, Lisa, communicated quickly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend this tasteful, oasis.
The cottage is so charming, warm and welcoming. Location was great. Steps to the beach, and short drive to lots of food, beaches, etc... lovely get away
This property was so perfect for me and my friend during a weekend on the cape! The property manager was easy to contact and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this adorable cottage!!
We had a great stay. It was very relaxing, right across the street from the beach. Less than 10 minute drive down the road to P town. We also walked into P town one day which was really nice. Views of the water and cute beach houses the whole way. We will be back.
Such a clean, cozy and comfortable cottage! A few steps to a private beach and a short drive (or walk- if you’re adventurous) to ptown. Hope to come back soon!
The cottage is in a great spot, close to PTown but just far enough away to enjoy the quiet and the beach. Friendly neighbors. Clean and adorable. Lisa was fantastic and we look forward to returning!
My wife and I absolutely loved the cottage. The location was perfect and the hosts were absolutely fantastic. Great communication made the whole process even easier. We loved the use of the space and all the amenities offered on premises. Would happily come back at the next opportunity!
We spent Halloween weekend at this lovely little cottage. The space was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. We loved being right at the beach. Communication with Lisa was GREAT!
Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic cottage with us. We will definitely be back!!!
Lisa was east to communicate with and resolved small issues quickly. Just a few minutes’ drive from Provincetown. My only feedback would be to add a heat source; my stay in the evenings was pretty chilly, which I didn’t mind but others might! Just a heads-up to travelers and not any reflection on the cottage or stay: there is a street that runs quite close to the cabin and it can be loud a (too) fast moving. Would stay again!
I was exactly what I wanted and exactly what I needed. Comfortable. Cute. Clean. Convenient. Lisa is so easy with speak to and work with. I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed being there and have every intention of booking this perfect cape cottage again.
My husband and I and our 7 year old stayed for 5 nights. I knew the location so no surprises there- right on 6A across from a private bay side beach. Water was warm and perfect for floats. Neighbors were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The place is very cute. Not a lot of storage, which was anticipated. I was able to cook most nights and the cottage had all I needed to do that. We used the grill a bunch. Short drive to Provincetown and beaches. Highly recommended!
Cute cottage, decorated nicely.
No curtain or shade on bathroom window.
The big issue was not heated. Late April without heat was awful. 55° inside in the morning.
The cottage across the street from the bay was cute and bed was comfortable! We did not have the best weather so were inside more than expected and it is a tight space (just FYI) though the owner makes good use of vertical hanging options for clothes, etc. We were hoping to eat at home some nights, but the tiny kitchen makes it challenging as there is no place to dry dishes, etc. Again, just an FYI for travelers' planning purposes. There are plenty of places to go eat in Wellfleet, Truro, and Ptown. Check in and check out were easy. Thanks for having us!

We had a good time in Provincetown and surrounding areas. The pictures were a bit misleading. The cottage is not on the beach but across the street. There is not a view of the ocean as depicted by Adirondack Chairs. Other than that all was as expected for a studio cottage. Small tv in front corner of room was hard to see and hear from the rear location of the bed.
The space was perfect for 2 people. Since the space was small, we would have benefited from fewer items being stored on floor and any flat surface. Examples, 2 coffee makers and kcup supply, large boiler pot on floor by bed, microwave on the table by bed.
Suggest using large drawer under bed for storage of blender, coffee pot, pots and pans and non essentials. You could have a permanent list of where these things are stored posted. I would suggest too, that adding a few high shelves would help free up space. Would have liked to have a starter set of paper towels and hand soap. New ice trays needed. They were all broken.
There was pretty much everything I needed in a hotel stay. I was a little dismayed when I first arrived as I had called the owner to tell her when I was 20 minutes away. When I got to the cottage, there was no way for me to know how to get in. I called again, but got no answer. It was only by chance that I decided to try the door and found it was unlocked and the key was on the countertop. But it was confusing.
The decor was adorable, and the couch a good alternative to the bed. There was no table to eat on, and I thought the picture had had one.
Kitchen had almost everything I needed and though it was the tiniest space I've ever been in, I got by fine. I have a big grudge against Keurigs for their environmental inadequacies, but I know most places have them.
Location was easy for both provincetown and wellfleet. the beach, about 100 feet from the cottage across a very small street, was fine. a little seaweedy, but hey, it's the ocean.
I would suggest they put a longer cord on the fan because I had to climb up onto the couch to reach it and it didn't feel safe.
I can imagine you could put children to sleep on the couch, but not a grown up.
Overall, lovely. Adorable and cozy. Bring your own beach chairs and towells.
We absolutely loved our stay , even on the rainy days we had uncounted we nice cozied up on the couch . It was bright and refreshing. Lisa was amazing to work with was so helpful with our very every need .
