"I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area . "

"This is a wonderful property! One issue for us was privacy. The ocean front deck is shared with another unit, which is great if they are your group. You literally had to slide your feet in so the renters nextdoor could get by. Not what we expected. And PLEASE review that sleeper sofa. It is more comfortable to sit on the floor and the rug was filthy. Please clean them both. Everything else was spit on and beautiful!could get by to use the stairs"

Exactly what we wanted to eliminate packing and taking everything to the beach--we could go in and out of the house all day--absolutely perfect in this regard. The disappointments were in the amenities and comfort within the home or on the deck. It's quickly clear this is a managed home never occupied by a personal owner. The living room is much smaller than it appears in the photos and aside from the couch there is only space for one...
