"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "A beautiful little cottage, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We made the most of our short stay by visiting Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Salisbury and Bath. Being December it was lovely returning to a warm and cosy Rose Barn. The freshly made bread, butter, marmalade and jam were a lovely addition. We would definitely return."

"This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay on our trip to Winchester! Located just a block from the train station and an easy 5 minute walk into the heart of the town. The place was very clean and had a lovely porch to sit out on and enjoy in the evenings. Claire was helpful and gracious throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here when you head to this beautiful cathedral town."

"Great location. Close to train station and grocery store. Short walk into center of town. Perfect for us at ages 85 and 74 years old. Nice kitchen to work in for meals. We were there three months and certainly would return. Jakub was a wonderful host and very attentive."

"Enjoyed my stay and the greater Salisbury area. There is noise from the neighboring busy road, making some sleeping a little difficult. But the flat was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen adequately supplied. It was especially nice to have a clothes washer handy. A bathroom mirror is needed. A good space for one or two but no more as extra bed linens are not supplied for the couch."

"The apartment was as stated and shown in pictures. There is a large car park around the block from the apartment - handy information to know ahead of time as we drove past the property a few times before determining there was no driveway. The VRBO site noted close to public transportation- bus to London right outside the door! Close to dining options, and there is a nice supermarket at the car park area. "
