Very comfortable bedding, nice bathroom/shower, gas stove warmed up the space beautifully, and the kitchenette was fine for brewing coffee, storing our lunch stuff and beer/wine for two. We were able to bring our dog and walk the nearby road which was super quiet before heading off to explore the area. Really sweet spot."

"This was everything we wanted and more in a honeymoon. The cabin was cozy, clean, and romantic. We wanted somewhere secluded with limited cell service (the WiFi was excellent but we switched our phones off). We were able to enjoy ourselves and our time with limited distractions. "We were in town for our daughter's wedding at the Lake Morey resort. We stayed the beginning of the week here, with our family prior to moving to the resort for the wedding day and celebrations. It was wonderful! Big enough to accomodate our family, but with three stories and covered porches it was also private to those who want to hang in the lower level or main level or outside. The decor is very nice and modern and furnishings were comfortable. Big TV in the lowest level so we were able...

"My family of four traveled for a quick fall foliage tour mid October. We used this house as our base instead of staying at multiple places. This meant we drove a little more each day but we got to wake up and come home to this magical place. Seriously. We wanted to come home early each day to spend more time here. It’s quiet, enchanting, spotless, and filled with charm. I cannot stress how beautiful and peaceful it is being directly on the lake. We will definitely be back. "

"Very rustic which is fine and I'm usually up for. The water is atrocious and needs to be tested. My daughter and I were sick for two days after drinking the water. I have a terrible sense of smell, but noticed it when showering after the first night. Horrible. We left but could not get all the way home (6 hours drive) because of our gastrointestinal issues. We live separately and could not connect any other shared consumptions. Owner is very nice, but does not respond to emails or texts even...
