"Me and my teenaged son enjoyed the place, very warm and cozy and very central for Dunedin. Coffee in the morning on the verandah and listening to the bird life was lovely"

"The rental is very clean and very comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds and sofas on our month long trip. The only ding I will give it is for the bathroom and the entry. The bathroom is very tiny. The hill to enter the rental is very steep. There are a couple handles to grab at the top and you will need them. It was a bit difficult to manage luggage up and down. "Loved our stay in the twin room! We had a quick trip that required only one night in Dunedin. Late check in was seamlessly accommodated, the room was warm and cozy on arrival late at night. It was very clean, incredible shower pressure and comfy bed. Great location being in town - within walking distance to shops/the octagon etc and car park was provided for free. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend. "
