"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Far to noisy overnight, was kept awake most of the night will delivery lorries, banging and clanging about from before 2am until about 6am, also a worker from Greggs shouting outside the shop to people in the shop. Apartment was nice and clean ( apart from the oven ), but the noise overnight was ridiculous!"

Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. "Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."
