"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...

"Far to noisy overnight, was kept awake most of the night will delivery lorries, banging and clanging about from before 2am until about 6am, also a worker from Greggs shouting outside the shop to people in the shop. Apartment was nice and clean ( apart from the oven ), but the noise overnight was ridiculous!"

Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. "Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "
