Welcome to the Parrot-ise Luxury Villa. A meticulously crafted and cared-for island luxury villa featuring total privacy. The Parrot-ise villa is located in scenic, laid-back Cayman Kai on Grand Cayman.

This exquisite 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is fully air-conditioned and sits back 1,000 feet from Rum Point Drive offering guests total privacy. With no neighbors on either side, except lush Grape Trees, you have your own personal private retreat.

There are virtually no luxury villas on Grand Cayman that offer the combination of true island luxury and total privacy.

Outdoor Area:

The oceanfront main living area opens out to a large screened lanai with outdoor seating for up to 8. Directly off the lanai is your freshwater pool and paver deck with lounge chairs for 8. Three steps down from the pool deck you have over 100 feet of direct oceanfront white sandy beaches and the Caribbean sea.

The North Side of Grand Cayman beaches consist of a lot of sand, mixed with broken corals and rocks.  We suggest water shoes or aqua socks for wading in the shallow waters.  On calm days, the waters offer nice snorkeling with a variety of marine life and corals to view.  Rum Point is just 1 mile down the road and offers additional snorkeling options.

Accommodation:

There are 3 master suites on the ground floor, two with their own full private baths and one bedroom with a half bath. Two of the 3 ground-floor master suites are direct oceanfront with sliding glass doors opening out to the lanai and pool. The 4th bedroom, the grand master suite, is on the 2nd floor and offers over 900 sq. Feet of luxury living, with a private oceanfront deck with table and chairs to take in the panoramic Caribbean Sea. Each bedroom has its own flat-panel TV, and there is high-speed wifi throughout the house.

Fully Equipped:

The indoor dining room seats 4. The kitchen is completely modern and integrates with a 3-seater bar, and a bistro for 2 and comes with a 50 lb. ice maker and chilled wine cooler for both reds and whites. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer, full-size dishwasher, double oven, microwave, coffee makers, and all the kitchen supplies you’ll need to prepare fantastic island cuisine.  The coffee makers are a standard drip and also a Keurig maker which uses K Cups.  A full-size stack washer and dryer are conveniently located in the home on the ground floor.

There are flat-panel TVs with cable in the living area and also in each of the 4 bedrooms.

Inclusions:

Parrot-ise wouldn’t be complete without its own Tiki Bar, which includes a 2-person hammock, swings, charcoal BBQ grill, table with seating for 6, and also a large gas grill for those who prefer gas over charcoal. Take your pick! There is an additional seating area, The Oasis, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, along with a picnic table that overlooks the ocean.

The Parrot-ise Beach is designated by the Cayman Islands Government as an official turtle nesting site. Nesting is typically June through August, so if you are visiting during this season, you may get to experience the turtles nesting and the hatchlings coming to life and heading into the Caribbean Sea to start their journey.

Convenient Location:

World-famous Rum Point is a 3-minute drive from Parrot-ise. Rum Point features a fine dining restaurant, the Wreck Bar for lunch and drinks, beach volleyball, hammocks under swaying Australian Pines, and more great snorkeling.

Red Sail Sports is located at Rum Point and offers full water sports including scuba diving, snorkel trips to Stingray City, jet ski, paddleboard, and kayak rentals.

Just around the corner is the Kaibo Yacht Club, which has the Kaibo Beach Grill and Bar open for casual lunches and fine indoor evening dining. Other great restaurant choices nearby are Over The Edge, Tuuka’s, Stingray Grill, and Morritt’s Tortuga Club.
