This place is nice. Kitchen well stocked. Wish they have a few beach chairs that we could take with us while beach hopping. But overall we enjoyed the stay. Property management company gave us a checkin document that has a wrong phone number for manager on site so we couldn't reach them until she stopped by one day. They need to update this phone number.

Great property and beach location
We were there in August and it was very hot out but the AC in the house kept us cool. Best spot - walk out directly to beach with no one else in your view. Each night Hermit Crabs would walk the beach and gather. Lots of starfish in the bay. Home covered with tile flooring and was updated. Kitchen was very well stocked. Loved walking to get tea and coffee and croissants in the morning from Kaibo across the street. Very quiet community this time of year. Enjoyed both Rum Point and Kaibo beach clubs and restaurants. The water was soo warm in the ocean and the pool was hot. Not refreshing this time of year but marine life (starfish) were abundant and we liked being able to take the Kayak to Bioluminescent Bay. There is a little bit of Bioluminescence in the water right in front of the property but not as impressive as Bio Bay. Loved staying here and would come again! Only negative is that we had to contact the property manager via phone to get check in instructions because they were not sent to us. I tried email and didn’t get a response first. Lady on phone was a bit rude. No one had been in the property the day before but they didn’t allow early checkin. Emails and documents had different on site contact people listed (Judy and Steven) but we never needed to reach out.

Perfect location
Incredible views right on the beach. No crowds on this part of the island. Only shared the beach with one other couple. Found starfish right off the beach. Good food and a grocery store were just a short drive away. One very good restaurant was walking distance across the street. Incredible sunsets each night. Highly recommend.

We stayed in unit #1 right on the beach, and it was perfect. Very clean and well stocked, with everything we needed. Made much use of the paddle board and kayaks. Walked to Rum Point, as well as Starfish point, so great location. Would absolutely stay here again...highly recommended!

Beautiful sunsets, and an acceptable drive into the city for excursions. Had an issue with the AC one afternoon, and the property manager had a technician out to get it fixed in a matter of hours, no trouble at all. Loved it!

Many times, people take poetic license with their pictures and property descriptions. That is not the case here I honestly think the description under sells, the beauty of the ocean directly out the door, and the views were magnificent. The property was clean and adequately furnished. We would definitely come back.

Quiet bliss in Cayman Kai
This property is situated well away from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach on a beautiful stretch of sand in the north sound. The location of the actual home is absolutely spectacular with clear views of the sound and open ocean from the front porch. You simply cannot beat the location on the beach for peace and quiet. With the distance from the major population center comes the necessity for grocery delivery and an understanding that it will take you a while to go anywhere else on the island.

Great location, lovely grounds and villa perfectly appointed, but property manager issues.
Three Little Birds was everything we were hoping for as far as location and amenities. We swam and kayaked from our back door and sat and watched the shooting stars at night. There was a nearby market we drove to almost daily and a couple restaurants nearby within walking and biking distance. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is not being able to reach the property manager, Julie. The air conditioner broke overnight our second night and we woke up sweating. We waiting until 8am to call her and she didn’t answer until almost 9am. Then her husband was going to stay at villa so we could go out but he came and left us there. After several hours, we called her again but couldn’t get her and had to call the owner who advised that the property manager’s husband would be back in a couple hours. When he was almost scheduled to be there we went swimming because we were hot. When we came back in the air tech told us the husband came and left again! They ended up replacing the outside air unit and the tech was doing work on inside electrical panel and draining inside unit. We live in Florida, things happen with ACs. The issue was with communication and being stuck at the villa all day until almost 6pm. We didn’t ask for but received a small credit, which was nice but we did lose an entire day.

This location was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the water, and sitting back to watch beautiful sunsets. The house had plenty of space and the most amazing screened in porch. Great location to see the east end of the island and find great snorkeling spots.

This place is exactly as listed. It is on the North side of the island but if you are looking for a private beach experience with total relaxation and comfort then you will find that here. It does take a little preplanning and it is a drive over to touristy stuff but we didn’t mind. The kitchen has tons of supplies. There are more than enough towels and space. Games, books and magazines. It was very clean. There is a nice grill that we used multiple times(you do need charcoal). Starfish Point is very nearby but there were also multiple starfish in the water at our beach. If you book an excursion, most are willing to pick you up at Kaibo across the street. Only cons are the double kayak is hard to paddle and does not have seat backs. You may want to rent one that can be delivered(we did because we had 2 couples) There were also some upside down jellyfish in some places but those can be avoided. Other than that our week was PERFECT and I cannot wait to return!

Great place to stay for a peaceful vacation
The location of this property is fantastic if you are looking for a peaceful setting away from the more active Seven Mile Beach area. This beautiful villa is located right on the beach and has an incredible screened-in porch, as well as a screened-in balcony. You can walk right out onto the beach every morning. It is amazing! The furnishings could use some updating, but everything in the villa was comfortable and made for a great stay. There were plenty of beach towels, bath towels, and kitchen items. The washer and dryer are also really nice and allow you to pack a little lighter. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Garden of Kai had everything we needed, even life jackets. Beach is not as nice as 7 mile beach but that’s expected. We drove a lot to different snorkeling places since it is located in the very tip of north side. Very clean and comfortable place.

Beautiful house with amazing view. Awesome location. Plenty of places close by to swim, but would not recommend swimming in the bay at house. Two of the three kids got jellyfish stings on the first day, and wouldn’t go back in. They did love gathering up and playing with all the hermit crabs and looking at the large starfish along the shoreline.
