"They had everything we needed. Pool toys, sand toys, beach towels, laundry detergent, paper towels… Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are separate enough that everyone still had a quiet space to go to if they needed a break from family. Super close to Rum Point beach. Overall great experience. "

"Very nice condo with all the amenities that we could want. They provided kayak, paddle board and inflatables. Enjoyed snorkeling at starfish point. It was quite a drive to get to town and restaurants but the trade-off of being quiet and relaxing was worth it. If you are looking for a good restaurant, the Seven Mile Burger was the best we found. We highly recommend it."

"Coco Kai was the perfect place to have an extended family vacation. There were 14 of us ranging from 7 to 80. "We stayed for 8 days and had a great time. Beautiful ocean views and access to the ocean from the back of the property. This was a great area to snorkel with calm and clear water. The North shore is quieter but still plenty to do. "This property is wonderful for families. There were 15 of us. Ages 7-70. Wonderful amenities at the house and great places nearby. We fished, kayaked, had family dinners on the porch, snorkeled, swam and the movie room was great.
