"Views are amazing! Room was very comfortable. We had an issue with the air conditioning but after talking with reception, it was just user error. They were very nice in walking us through it. I pad in room has all of the retreat/room information. Many lighting options throughout the room. Tours in the retreat and zoo were very good and I highly recommend them. Our after-hours zoo tour got cut short by a storm that quickly came in but was very good up until then!"

I was pleasantly surprised: even with late check-in and the front desk being closed, I received a detailed email with instructions on how to access my room. Super convenient! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The service exceeded my expectations for the price! The only downside was the location being a bit far from the city center, but overall, I was very satisfied. Great value for money! "
