"The hotel is in a very nice location, Staff is friendly. Customer service was ok when it was available. When you get to this hotel you self-check in yourself at Kiosk. There's no parking, the only option is valet and you have to pay for it if you're from outside of Canada make sure you have "Winter Tires" if not they won't park your car and you have to park a couple blocks away at public parking. Bed was very comfortable Bathroom was three parts, open shower to the room so you have to be comfortable with your travelling partner. Close walk to everything in old Montreal .
