Waterfront Pool Home with Gulf Access!

Beautiful relaxing neighborhood on a dead end street. Relax by the saltwater pool or fish off the seawall for Snook, Red Fish, Tilapia, even Tarpon have been hooked here. Who knows what you will catch and have fun doing it. There are two kayaks and a canoe, fishing gear, yard games, and much more supplied to keep you busy. If you need more activity there is plenty to do here. Numerous beaches around the area. Beach mats, chairs, and towels, and sand sifters are provided. State parks offer hiking trails, horseback riding, picnic areas, and more. There are boat rental business in the area and the boat landing is close by. Warm Mineral Springs is just 2 miles away. There are plenty of Golf courses in and around North Port. Laundry facilities on site. Terrazzo floors throughout the house. The pool is heated with a heat pump during the winter months and enclosed in the lanai. There are very comfortable queen beds in two rooms and twin beds that convert to a king in the third bedroom. Two bathrooms with tub and shower. We have High Speed Xfinity internet along with a 65" TV with Xfinity that you can stream your favorites on. There is a 55" Smart TV in the pool area. There are three International Airports; Sarasota, Tampa and Ft. Myers. You can also fly into Punta Gorda on Allegiant or Sun Country Airlines. There are numerous restaurants and shopping malls around the area. Just 6 miles to the Cool Today Park where the Atlanta Braves have their Spring Training Facility. Snook Haven is a must see offering great food, music, craft beer, boat tours, and kayak, canoe, and paddle boat rental.

Nice House in North Port
House is a bit older, but in very nice shape and extremely clean. Very nice lanai and pool area with outdoor TV and good view of the canal running along the back of the property. You will get some feathered friends visiting once in a while. New stove, pretty new washer and dryer. Couch with power recliners on each end. Beach chairs supplied, but you may want to bring your own if you have the room to do so.

Another Fabulous Stay!
We stayed at this property last winter and came back again because of the terrific amenities, great hosts, and location. The house is clean and supplied with everything you need. There are games, puzzles, and kayaks. We enjoyed the pool and paddling on the river. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. The kitchen is newly remodeled and well equipped. Sandy and Dave quickly responded to any question. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful View
My husband and I stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A newly renovated kitchen gave plenty of workspace on the island for preparing food. Screened in pool was so nice and relaxing…and had a beautiful, peaceful view of the waterway in back. The owners were great! Always quick to respond to inquiries. All in all, we had a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

Tranquil Florida Oasis
The home is like the hosts, welcoming and every tiny detail thought of to make your stay inviting and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Home is on a tranquil canal with a screened in pool/patio area as well as a spacious well equipped kitchen/dining/entertainment area. the large picture window in the common area was so peaceful to watch all the wildlife and summer storms come in. We BBQ’d, kayaked and visited with immediate family enjoying the pool and all this great place had to offer. This home is immaculate clean and I appreciated the labeled cabinets so we knew where everything was and went back to. Lots of thought and care has been provided to this little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

First day we showed up here my niece saw her first alligator. I caught a few channel cats. We went to the beach the next day and saw 3 dolphins within about 10' and a manatee by the break wall. House was very nice and the host was even nicer. If I had a question I got a response super quick

Never stayed anywhere where are host was so helpful.I am 70not computer savvy and are host helped me all the way. Had a minor problem host was contacted and she took care of right away. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great house! Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners provided everything we could need. The kitchen was well supplied, and the living area is very comfortable. There were even games and puzzles. We especially enjoyed the pool area and paddling on the river in the kayaks. The owners quickly responded to any question. We look forward to our visit next year.

Awesome vacation
We loved the house and pool area. The pool was perfect temperature to swim in and we used the screen room to work out in as there was plenty of space. The televisions were situated in great places so all could watch. All was perfect in the kitchen and lots of linens were available. We were very happy and would love to come back.

Very comfortable and relaxing
This is a very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. They have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal in back. The layout of the house is great for socializing. It trained most of the time we were here but still managed to use the pool, the grill, the kayaks, and the fishing poles. Lots to do nearby.

Great Home!
My parents live 2 miles away from this property and we normally stay in the one hotel in the area. Because of COVID we decided the best option was a house. We will never stay at a hotel again. The house was perfect, clean, spacious, and the pool kept our kids so happy. I spent every morning looking out on the canal with my coffee. The owners were fantastic, any question we had they answered right away. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We will stay here every time we visit my parents.

Great Vacation house rental in North Port Florida
My family and I loved our stay at this property. It was very clean and well furnished, and the owners, Dave and Sandra, were easy to work with. The residence had several amenities that we were able to take advantage of including Kayaks, a Canoe, a pool, a grill, and a well furnished kitchen. This was one of best family vacations in a long time.

We had a phenomenal stay!
Renting this home was an easy process. Everything we needed was provided. The owners responded quickly and were very nice. This was the perfect spot for our family of 6 including 2 teenagers, a 10 year old and a 4 year old. Property is very well maintained and it's a very short distance from anything you could need. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.
