This newly remodeled cozy home is the answer to enjoying your time in Florida. Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pots, microwave, cookware, dishes and more. Brand new installed bathtub. Linens, towels and wash clothes with beach towels with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Washer and dryer provided for guest use. Master bedroom with queen bed with tv, additional bedroom with two full size beds. Playground in the neighborhood. Bicycles provided for guest. Minutes from local beaches, golf courses, shopping and lots of places to enjoy eating. Within 15-30 minutes to the Gulf coast. Braves training field and water park in North Port. Enjoy the beautiful sand beaches while staying in the comforts of home. Security system with outside surveillance for your safety. Privacy fence with pool cage with screened porch. Overall our stay was great, home was nice and pool was fantastic with great a covered porch & screen enclosure. House was nicely furnished and comfortable. Host/owner very responsive to our questions. Will keep on our list for future stays in the area. Highly recommend Manasota Key beach about 20 minute drive and fantastic shark tooth hunting.

It was perfect for us. My niece (Colorado), my sister (Nebraska) and myself (Massachusetts) wanted to get away for some relaxing, quality time with family. My nephew lives in North Port so it was a blessing to find this home that fit our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful time. Quiet neighborhood, great host, clean, comfortable and everything and anything to make it truly home away from home.
