"Very amazing service, as is all around Thailand. Staff amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Spoke good English, and even saved me from losing my belt when I checked out. My only issue was the noise at night, which being in Pattaya is expected due to the nightlife, and the room didn’t feel super clean, specifically the hardfloors and the curtains. The food selection for the “on site restaurant” was lacking slightly, but definitely okay to eat at for a day. The parking was very easy,...

"Diring check in they infored the room is not available in the Chrystal palace luxury hotel and they provided room is Cyrstal palace std hotel And service was very bad Cleanliness inside room was also worst Bed sheet and pillow covers are very old even we have dought that is washed or not Some what we managed by using our stuff Bath room also found very dirty ... As they not provide the room as per my booking, we need to request refund ."
