"We’ve stayed here every time we come down from the second year on. The Seahawk is an older hotel but it is well kept up. It’s a bit far from the festivals we come down for but the city offers low cost bus rides from the convention center which is convenient. There are some nice food options within walking distance like Bourbon Street (excellent food) and there’s a really good crab cake place on the same side of the street very close as well. My only complaint is the lack of hot water. I have to shower with full on hot to get a warm shower. If it’s busy and I’m late to shower it’s barely warm. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. "

"I've been coming here for years from the old to the new we support this hotel. They are always looking for ways to improve. I'm not fond of all the front desk stafff these days but still enjoyable. Even through the construction they did everything possible to accommodate my family. "

"This was my 3rd stay at this resort, and once again, it did not disappoint!! My granddaughters loved the arcades, pool & ice skating. The staff at the resort are amazing - nothing is too much to ask. Our hairdryer didn’t work - they came right up and replaced it. We got locked out of our room - they graciously gave us a new one. These are just a couple examples of the amazing hospitality demonstrated by the staff!!"
