The condo was beautiful! Furnishings all appeared to be new, extremely spacious. It allowed our family trip to work out wonderfully! Everyone had their own space., And we had three young children with us! I can’t even tell you how immaculate and clean this was. There really was not one thing out of place. The view was spectacular! You can sit out on the balcony and see the water on the intercoastal, And pool is right below. Our host was so hands-on, From the beginning when we booked it to when we arrived. He was extremely helpful with any questions we had regarding the area. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

Remarkable stay. Condo was everything and more than we expected. The pics are accurate and in person this place is fabulous. Pool was great, beds are comfortable. Wish we didn’t have to go…
It took only minutes to feel at home. The condo was even prettier than the photos. The views are amazing but the interior was so comfortable and inviting some of us spent more time indoors. Everyone found the beds/bedding so comfortable that they complained that I woke them up too early. All in all we had a wonderful time and will definitely return. first all and first most, SHOUT OUT TO SAL!!!! he was an amazing host and made our stay much better. although the weather was HORRIBLE for our memorial day weekend but Sal was able to make it a great stay with his place. he has exceptional communication and he was also very welcoming. i stayed with my partner and a group of 8 and we were perfectly situated. i 100000% recommend staying at his place for a myrtle beach getaway. The location is very convenient & the saltwater pool is wonderful. The condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. Every convenience you might need is there, from pots & pans, washer & dryer to the kuerig for coffee in the morning on the balcony (beautiful views!) Sal is an awesome host!! Great communication! Definitely a Penthouse Paradise!!!!!!!
Loved everything about the condo!!! The views overlooking the marina and Barefoot Landing were amazing; even though you’re in the middle of Myrtle Beach, the condo is part of a relaxing resort with an incredible pool and Marina Bar & Grill with live music; the 4 bedroom/4 bath floor plan is perfect and gives everyone their personal space and when we weren’t hanging out on the balconies, the updated decor and furnishings and large screen TV made the inside perfect!! But the best part was communication with Sal, the owner, when/if needed!!! 7 of us came here to celebrate a dear friend's 80th birthday and Sal even surprised us with a really cool Happy Birthday balloon/candy arrangement sitting on the counter when we arrived!! I can honestly say that we hope to return and rent there again sometime soon!!

Labor Day Weekend
It’s tradition for me and my family to take Labor Day trips to different locations, so I must say I give this condo a 5 star if I could rate it higher I would. I have never had my host greet me at the front door for starters that made my welcoming start off really well. Secondly he was extra friendly and assisted us with locations to beach broadway walk etc to make sure we enjoyed our time here. The view is AMAZING with the 2 additional balconies attached to the master suits. The pool was great and we also were able to use the grills on site. We were able to enjoy the fireworks show from the balcony as well which was great entertainment for our little ones. Again this condo was amazing and we had the best host hands down. I recommend 10 times over.
